88 club car off or full throttle
hi all. my 36 volt cart, when throttle pedal is pushed jerks REAL bad and is full speed. there is no slow speed so to speak. this just started. last time i used it was 2 weeks ago and when accelerator was pushed you could hear solenoids clicking. now there is no clicking and it full speed. again its an 88 36v with 5 solenoids and a resistor coil. thanks for any input

Re: 88 club car off or full throttle
Sounds like you have a stuck solonoid. It's taking off with full power because you do not have the coil in series to reduce the power.

Yep, probably a stuck solenoid. Replace them all at once, or upgrade to a solid state drive system.
