Default Club Car Carryall 232 Charging fault.

Heres a quick question. I have a Carryall 232 and the battery meter still stays on while the ignition is off and when it's charging. When the ignition is off, should the LED display on the battery meter go off?

The reason I ask is because I'm not getting a lot of battery time and it seems like something is draining the batteries a little over night.

. . . depends on how the meter is wired into the system . . . typically these displays use very little power if left in a continually powered state . . .
