Default 2019 Lithium Tempo discharge

Hey everyone, I just bought my first cart. I just picked a used 2019 Tempo with factory Lithium batteries. It runs great. Has a lift and larger wheels. I’m getting around 20 ish miles on a full charge so the batteries still seem good.

My questions: should the batteries continue to discharge after being off the charger with the switch off? Same happens in tow mode as well. Would this be a warranty issue or is there a simple fix at home?

Thanks

Mine does the same thing. i think it has to do with the sensor that stays on which monitors the wheel movement (Speed sensor i think). used to make sure it does not roll on a hill when parked.
I hate mine and mileage sucks. constant battery drain. Hmmmm.... maybe a battery disconnect switch like on a boat might be beneficial

I don't believe it should pull any power with tow switch on. The whole reason for the tow switch is to disable sensors from kicking in regen and burning up the motor if towed and cart thinks its rolling. Others who know better please chime in, but I think a quick call to the dealer is in order to confirm, and if under warranty, as you say, a free checkup may be in order for a piece of mind.
