I'd say they are all straight answers to your question.
You are asking for an opinion on what the cart is worth? We are giving you our opinions on what we think the cart is worth. You just dont like them.

Let's try this your way,
What do you think this shirt is worth?

It's made of a densely-woven Egyptian cotton and they are asking $210.00.

I don't mean It like that. I felt people did not like the way the cart looked so they were no giving me a price, but they gave me their opinions on the LOOKS of the cart. I just wanted to give me an educated "book" value of this cart with the extras.

There is no book value on carts, there is only market value, and that is a moving target. The seller lied about the age of the cart, so just on that alone I would look elsewhere.

Well the guy is on dope for asking six grand! Like others have said there is a lot of time involved in making it what it is but most of us make our carts the way we like them knowing the value isn't there when we are done. It's all a matter of personal preference. If you like it and are willing to pay what he's asking then pull the trigger. You only have to satisfy yourself but may have to put up with a few critcisms along the way. Good luck!

Value is based on the market. IF there are a bunch of guys who like your cart, you can command a higher price. If people don't like the cart, then your lucky to get anything for it.

Is something like that actually safe to drive?? It looks awfully unstable to me.

You say it is someone elses cart, but in your intro you state that you worked at 4 wheel diversified and so the cart has a 12" custom lift or whatever.
Im guessing this is your cart and you now want to sell it but don't know what to ask for it...?
I sure as heck hope that you don't have $6,000 into this cart..?
Im with the others that $2500 TOPS...so its probably easier just to keep the cart for show or however you use it now.
