![]() I was Just Wondering What Type of K&N Air Filter I would Need to Put on My Yamaha G8....I know Gary Has one on His and I wanted to so the same thing. Also What would be the performance advantages? are they noticeable? what would the price be as well....thanks guys just let me know

![]() I think you would want to get carburetor jets also, with just the intake it may run lean and rough.

![]() If you go with the cone type K&N filter, you will have to jet the carb. You can drill out your stock jet if you prefer: .046 if I remember correctly.

![]() Jet size would be .046 - .048 and the K&N p/n is R1050 or R1080.

![]() The filter I used was straight shape and I believe it was around $40.
