![]() I’ve posted once or twice on here in the past couple weeks trying to get some electrical issues figure out with my 2015 YDRE that was a complete renovation project due to getting flooded my a hurricane. The town I live in you can drive your cart on the public roads as long as the speed limit is 35mph on that particular road. I wanted a controller/motor setup that would get me where I needed to go fast without holding up traffic. Let me tell you...... plowmans kit will definitely do that! I didn’t think 30 mph on a golf cart was fast but it will scare you! And I forgot to mention it’s a limo 6 seater!! Haha can’t say enough about Don’s customer service considering we have spent hours on the phone trouble shooting getting some items ironed out and now it runs great. Not sure about all the other kits out there but with Don’s customer service his is the only one I’d have.

![]() Agree! Good customer service! I live in Thailand so the time difference can be tricky! But Don still gives me good service...even when I call a few beer in..it’s morning for Don.
My Riot kit tops out at 29.82mph. 2 seater Yamaha 12” low pro wheels. Yes 30mph in a cart is almost too fast. But not! |

![]() Another Riot Kit buyer here. My motor arrived Friday, but the cables, controller and solenoid are expected this afternoon. Any trouble spots on the install? Looks like I need to get started detaching the rear seat.

![]() Pretty easy install. Yes, go ahead and remove rear seat. Make sure all connections are tight, very important. Good pair of wire cutters/strippers and drill. Remember 30 mile break in period. Also very important. Good luck.
