What about heavier springs to handle the extra weight back there?

I've thought about that and even asked the question here, but was answered with an "I don't have any issues with stock springs". I'm thinking I won't have any problems since it will either be my wife (120#) or my little girl (70#). Now, if I get my 217# arse back there, I might need the bigger springs.

The seat alone may weigh as much as your Daughter..... you can be the judge after you put it on

Thanks, Scott, I'll sure pay attention to that after the install. I'm concerned right now, before seeing it, that it might be low, which would get in the way on trails or during loading and unloading it on the trailer. I'll also cross that bridge if needed. I guess that would be an excuse to get a little lift for it or maybe just a little larger tire.

Are lift kits okay for PDS carts? I read somewhere that you weren't supposed to add a lift to them.

Installed a new tinted windshield. Finished the front of my 5" drop axle lift. Getting the kingpins back in the spindles was a pain in the tush. Overall the lift was ok to install with some muscle. Installing one by yourself for the first time was definately a learning experience. Did a couple of laps around the neighborhood to check alignment and shocks.

Also ordered 10" split spoke wheels and 22x10x10 tires this morning.

Looks like I will have a lifted cart with stock wheels for a week.

Ordered custom Navy/Platinum Seats for front and back...2 weeks until they get here.

Now onto the Rear!

I also want to thank Wicked Carts for the lift, wheels, and tires! They were very helpful when I had questions on installation.

I will post pics when everything is complete!
