I got the cart all stripped down. Now to cut the cross member out and see if I can get the frame all sanded down.

took the wiring harness apart the other night and checked all the wires. Everything looked very good so new loom and tape and its like new again. Kalvin my dog helped me.

Here is a big reason why battery acid needs to be washed off your cart any time it gets on it. This cart must have had an accident and battery acid got all over the rear end and it was never washed off. I picked this cart up for dirt cheap and lucky for me I have another rear end. Now I have some rear end parts. This one looks like all the oil finally leaked out and they kept driving it until the gears set up.
