Default yamaha g2 crank & rod bearing selection

hello im in the middle of rebuilding my g2 and new to this site. anyway ive got the crank and rod out and my crank has some damage so what im wondering is . if I have my crank turned down can I buy an oversized bearing? I also am going to have to replace the rod but in the shop manual they have #0 #1#2 for bearing selection. I woulg like to not replace the crnk if at all possible. thanks,
