G2 motor mount torque
I'm going to be replacing the motor mounts on my G2 as part of a clone engine upgrade. I was wondering if anyone out there knows if they have a torque spec and if so what it is. Thank you

Re: G2 motor mount torque
Tight? If in question put some blue loctite on it and don't tighten it till it breaks.
I still have the original mounts in my G9 with a clone on them. I did break a newer tension cable so I made one out of a bolt and little plate so its solid bolt now that can't break. It seems to work fine. Seems to work like stock until I push the gas down past 1/3 or so then the tires spin and other strange things. You will hate it..... |
