Warning to all thinking about buying the cheap lift kit. Dont do it, I purchased this kit with the tires and wheels so everything would be right. Tires rubbed on the frame. After buying good used lower arms and installing new bushings, and king pins they still rubbed. I had alot of metal work to do on the lower corners so I ended up just notching it out.

This was alot of extra work and aggravation the customer didnt and shouldnt of had to pay for. I would have come out better selling the better kit for sure!

Since the body was so dry and in pretty rough shape we decided on a spray on bed liner instead of paint. We mixed several colors to match the wheels but you just cant get much shine with bed liner.

The side post covers and seat back covers I had made out of fiber glass. They didnt turn out as good as I had hoped, but a little bed liner and they are done. Still look better than what we started with. Over all turned out good for a tight budget build

I meant to say G8 but apparently I need to learn my Yamahas a little better. Thanks for the info. I am sure I will need it soon. Customer wants to rebuild motor soon. Hoping to talk him into a 16 hp briggs but he thinks he wants the original set up...

What steering wheel did you go with? Mine needs one.

My cart body is also dried out like that. What brand spray liner did you use? I was planning to do the same.

Looks good!
