Well, I finally found my issue, it was the start stop switch on the gas pedal, all I did before was a continuity test, never paid any attention to the meter just the sound , so today I tested the switch on the spare G2 I have and I noticed it also read 4 ohms, tested the G9 0 ohms switched them out and voila, charging at about 14 volts... and if there was a sticky or if I read something that mentioned about checking the ohms, I apologize for not doing so..
