Secondary sheave bushing
What can make a secondary sheave bushing to crack and pull off (see attached picture) when, from new (ordered at CPP), it was used less than 5 miles?
Of course, it was well greased... Any idea of what to check? Thanks |

Re: Secondary sheave bushing
Is there a seal that holds them in place? if so what was the condition of the seal? were they new or did you use the old seals? and the only other reason I could think of is if the sheave was wore out(oblong)..

When installed, it was moving nicely, regularly and perfectly straight (from front). No idea what could have done this... |
