Well... they'd fit!
but, I wouldn't do any serious off roading because they'd rub!

Ummm... actually, that pic is with my 3-1/2" MadJax front lift!

What I've had...
  • I started with a factory 4" Z lift, w/longer rear leaf spring shackles, and 22" tires,
  • Then... added a Jake's 3" spindle lift on top of the 4" Z lift... and shortly after, I added a 4" All Sports Super Sport rear lift, and 25" tires,
  • Then... I bent a spindle, and replaced it with the MadJax 3-1/2" to the Z... I stayed with the existing All Sports rear lift, (the MadJax front lift broke 2 days after that pic)
  • Now... I have the All Sports SS 4" front lift, with the existing 4" Z, the existing long rear shackles, rear SS 4" lift, and 25" tires!
I've been called a "serial lifter", but?... I break stuff! **it happens!

Back to the OP's original question...
I'm pretty sure an 05 DS (w/a new style canopy) and an All Sports 7.5 Super Sport lift with 25" tires will fit through a 7' garage door opening.
and I'm pretty sure a 6" lift won't be QUITE enough to handle 25" tires... unless it's ONLY for street use.

It will fit but just barely....... Less than 2 inches...

And all this time I thought lock was gentle as a lamb when it came to his golf cart, the pictures that he shows always look like the cart is brand new.....lmao
And come to find out he's tore up more lifts than I have, covering my mouth and pointing a finger. (No it's not the middle one).....

Well, I've been known to "put her through the paces" a time or two! (OR... most of the time!)
I mean, that's WHY we build up these silly little vehicles anyway... right?

Caution... dirty pic!

I'm not doubting or arguing your 4" Z lift but I have a 2001 Carryall 2 with the factory Z Lift, longer shackles and 22" tires. When I measure mine from the bottom of the original frame I Beam to the bottom of the Z dropped I Beam I only get 2 and 1/4 inches of lift. Just saying

Well... Dang it!

When I bought it new 10 years ago, (as a cart newbie) I "thought" my dealer told me 4",
and measuring it when I first put on my Jake's spindles, it came out exactly as you said Jimmie!
and thought, "Well... that can't be right?"
Then I saw the 3 spacer plates sandwiched between the front leaf and the frame!
So, technically, it's WAS a 3" lift!

Lynx Lift and supention 005.jpg

The plates had to be removed when I installed my A-arm lifts,
2-1/4" + 4"... so, I guess I only have 6 1/4" of lift w/25" tires!

I stand corrected!
(I guess I've been lying to myself, and others for the last 8 years!)

Thanks for crushing my dreams and aspirations Jimmie!

Note: All of my tires rub with off-road articulation, so... 6" (or 6 1/4") still isn't quite enough with 25" tires!
