Something like this might work too and probably more concealable or you could just stick it right to the roof support under the roof.

I used a single LED on each side of my display panel as a "repeater" for the turn signals as a visual reminder that they were on. Simple install, wired into the blinker circuit at the light. You can see one of them on the attached photo, just to the right of the key switch.

This is similar to what I am planning but I want the light to be at roughly eye level and located on the front left roof support. Also, rather than use a pair of lights, I plan on using only a single light and connecting it to BOTH front blinkers. I will use a pair of diodes to prevent back-feeding of one directional signal to the other.

The electric shop I deal with has some styles like that in stock . They are labeled as indicator lights.

I had been looking into similar options for this same issue. I think this is what I'm going to do.

The buzzer is small enough that it might just fit the signal lever housing too!
