Zone fuse issue
I have a cylinder fuse that blew recently. It is located near the controller. I replaced it and as soon as I put the cart in reversed and pressed the pedal, it blew again. Has anyone had a similar issue or know of a resolution? Thank you

Re: Zone fuse issue
That fuse protects all +48 sources throughout the cart. It provides power to key switch, fwd/rev switch, voltage converter, hi / low mode switch if equipped and the reverse buzzer. Does the reverse buzzer sound off before you press the pedal ?
The reverse buzzer has power on the positive connection by way of that fuse. When you put the cart into reverse the controller provides ground to the buzzer to complete the circuit. I believe in the Zone the reverse buzzer is located under the cup holder in the front of the cart. You may want to try and unplug the reverse buzzer and test again. |
