Default 1986 EZGO Gas - Manual

Hi,
Newbie here. Does anyone know where i can find an Owner's manual for a 1986 GAS powered EZGO?

Serial Number: 419036

Manufacturing Number: J2186

I need to replace the drive belt. The old belt doesn't have a number on it, so I have no clue which belt to buy. Also, I have no idea "how" to remove the old belt...

Thanks in advance for any help/assistance/advice.

Right behind the muffler is the driven clutch. Pull the belt until it's upon the edge of the clutch. Push the cart until the belt rolls off. Maneuver it around some brackets and it will slip off of the drive clutch.
I'm not at home to upload the manual. You can search my posts for the 85 manual. It's the same thing.

Golfcartking has a section just for belts. Yours is $34.95. I don't know how to link it from my phone.

Yeah, I watched youtube clip of a guy changing the belt, it took all of 15 seconds, super easy...EXCEPT... my engine isn't set up the same...

My engine runs side to side, and the belt straddles the drive axle. Does that make sense? I see no way possible to get the belt off. It's a real mind boggler.

Get it off of the driven clutch first. Then give it a little twist so it squeezes between the clutch, and engine. There isn't much room there. Once it is squeezed past the engine it will easily slip off of the drive clutch.

Here is your manual. Section K, but it won't do you any good.

Thanks. I'm a Firefighter and I'm on duty today, but I will give this a try tomorrow when I get home.
