How to make my cart go faster?

Recently purchased a 2013 IH Scout xl in like new condition. Research says it is basically a club car with 4 wheel drive. Top speed is rated at 25 mph, but I am only getting 20 mph. It has the 23 HP Kawasaki engine and a model 421800 transmission. I would like to see 30 mph or better without spending an arm and a leg. What could i do to squeeze more speed out of the this machine?

I'm new to the forum and and looking forward to learning more about these machines!

Probably not going to find much info about that one here.
It's similar to a Club Car XRT 1500 but neither of them is any way similar to a golf cart. Totally different drivetrain, engine, suspension setup.
There are a few guys here with the XRT, but not much info about them.
The one guy who would probably know more about them than anyone else here is David Hicks at Revolution Golf Cars. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com/ He may be able to help.
