I would not buy a kit like that, you only really need the inlet valves and gaskets as Trig said. Why waste money on parts you will not need.

My thought is, it's not a lot of extra money... and why not replace them while I'm in there?

Ok, it's your call, but it's unlikely you will need exhaust valves, retainers or collets. I don't think in all my years I have had to change anything but the inlet valves themselves.

It never hurts to have extra valve keepers (collet). One slip and they always seem to fly away and are never found again.
If you have spares you never seem to lose one. Figures

I got the Valve Kit and Head gasket, going to get the work done this weekend (hopefully) anything else I need? Pointers?
