Voltage surge
Soundbar keeps cutting off when you accelerate. Hooked up meter today and it's going in the upwards of 16volts so I'm assuming regulator is bad? Probably overload relay inside bar shutting power down? Any help in the right direction is much appreciated

Re: Voltage surge
Exact same thing happened to me last week. Ordered new voltage regulator and back in business.

Re: Voltage surge
Check the grounds of the regular as well. Make sure they are real good and clean before replacing regulator. I had the same problem and the ground was bad, not the the reg.
