Looks like a smoking deal.. only thing i would do is change the fuel filter that thing looks a little murky....... Now start modding it more to who you are and post some pictures!!!!

So far only found 2 problems, One it is missing the Air filter, the guy said he did not know it was missing but that his buddy must have not put it back in. No problem there and the other problem I see is the transaxle leaks a bit on the floor after I drive it and it sits abit. Also the is quite a bit of oil from the transaxle covering the housing. Does anyone know how hard it is to split the case and replace the gasket as I think this is where the leak is coming from. I did notice it before I bought it and check it for noise which it did not make any in forward or reverse so I assume it is just leaking.

Anyone got any input on this leak?

check transaxle oil level may just be overfull. You are also missing tailpipe. That will cause backfire when you let off throttle and may blow a hole through bagwell

curious, why did you say he was missing a tail pipe? his muffler is on and the exit is to the rear of the cart. Everything looks right here.
