KF82 bearing sizes

Just started back up with my engine rebuild. This may be a swing in the dark but I am curious if anyone had the bearing numbers and or sizes of the bearings for a KF82. Need to make a few DIY pullers and may be able to get them through work. I can read but one that is a 6205 Nachi. The rest are put in with the numbers down. I am assuming the crank sizes are the same on both ends and one end of the balancer is the same as the opposite end on the cam. As they give the same numbers for both in the service manual. The local dealer is only giving me the club car numbers.

Crank, balancer and cam. And yes even both crank bearings have stuck in the case after removal.
