First off, I have filed a dispute with Paypal and asked for a refund. He refused the refund in his answer to Paypal which I understand since he does not have the item back. He still could have offered to pay the shipping back. I am still going to give him a chance to give me refund and make it right. All I want at this point is to get my money back and not feel ripped off. I paid with a credit card through paypal so I will also file a dispute with my CC company if I get no satisfaction there. I am returning the solenoid tomorrow at my expense since my CC card company will most likely not be cooperative if I have not returned the item. Second, I WAS a real customer and not a competitor as described. So now, I have essentially been called a liar and don't appreciate it. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RETURN PHONE CALL EVEN AFTER ALL OF THIS. He can't say he doesn't know who I am because I did email him through the Paypal dispute center. He is still fussing about pictures on this forum so I have taken some but I want everyone to see them, since I am a liar, and I can't figure out how to post them. It appears I have to load them on some other site to do that and I don't have a way to do that. I will email the photos to anyone who can figure out how to post them for me. That way he can see them and so can everyone else and everyone can make up their own minds about this situation. You guys have been supportive and I appreciate it. I wasn't out to bash anybody or hurt their business. I feel this whole thing has been handled wrong from the moment I placed my order. If you will look back in my previous posts I stated that I was still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt and tell everyone he was a stand up guy and eat my words if he would make it right. I am still willing to do that . . but it would seem he would just rather dig himself a hole on this forum and make excuses about why he can't do the right thing.
