I never did connect that wire. When I was in the process of changing everythng out I spoke with you ScottyB and you said that Half power reverse was for old ladies and wossies. I took your advice and neveer connected it. So that is not the problem. Any other ideas. I need to get this fixed before hunting season. It will basically only back up on flat land.

A series cart should not have this problem unless something is wrong with the contacts in the F&R or the cable connections at the F&R? Because the gears are the same for F&R in the diff...
So Pull the Switch cam out of the F&R and have a look at the back side connections and see if anything looks like it is getting hot? Black or red colored?
Is that my switch cam or a Complete switch?

Thats what I was thinking F/R, because you said you switched the wires on the F/R and it did the same thing, can you take some pics of that F/R switch and post them

I just missed your post Ribb. I pulled it and inspected it and it all looked fine. No hotspots visual to my eye. I can pull it again and take pics. I am confused as to what it could be. I tested the cart once I installed it and the same thing occurs. It is hard to describe. On flat land I can't just mash the pedal in reverse. If i do, it will kind of Buck and go a little and Buck. If I fether the throttle it will build up the speed, but will still buck. I will go pull the switch cam again and take some pics. I appreciate ya'lls help.
Thanks,
David J.

ScottyB, I can hear it hitting the stop when I work it from froward to reverse. I just figured all of this out while pulling the switch cam. I could physically see the stops and I figured out that the metal "L" bracket on the switch cam hits the plastic stop. I watched it before I tightened everything up and could see the metal meeting the plastic stops. It makes a distinct sound also. It is a very solid stop.
