I have a 07 CC Precedent that has the top speed set at 20, I have actually lost speed I am only going 17 now, I think my batteries are toast. The thing is I see everyone wants to go fast and they dont think about the running life. I woulod think if you are gooing faster the run time would be alot shorter, speed kills the batteries....

With higher speed you cover more ground? Hence mph ... so you have driven the same distance in a shorter time....

I tried bare footing a couple of times when I was young and fearless. I was on a slalom behind a Sea Ray, doing 37 mph. I put one foot down, pulled the other out of the slalom ski and ROLLED 1/2 mile before I sank.

Been there done that. Lost my swim trunks at the 1/4 mile mark of the 1/2 mile roll too. The guy who invented the barefoot stepoff ski laughed his way all the way to the bank at us young and fearless fools who tried to use it.

I read alot about guys on hear that spend 1000-1500 and dont even get 30 mph. To me that is a waste of money. Mine does 23.7 now with just tires and a stage 4 upgrade. Cost me only 135. for the upgrade and the tires and rims I wanted anyway.

If someone could tell me what to do to get 35 and have stock torc I would do it.
I spent $300 with PlumQuick a long time ago and get 26MPH constant with my best WOT at 28MPH. 22" tires and the Purple Motor is all you need! If you want close to 40MPH talk to Robby about doing a Series changeover from an IQ...

gcs13 makes a good point about going fast in a golf cart. Last weekend locally there where two women riding in a cart that is built for speed and the passenger was thrown out and killed. Keep the speed where you can control it. Lady killed was 23 yrs old.

Seen a few motorcycle engine swaps. Pretty sweet but definitely unstable. Sorry to everyone for not being on here much lately. Been busy with a non-golf car related project... lol. A Chevy 5.3 in my Jeep Cherokee..

Now that is the kind of math that I approve of.
