Default Controller conversion blues

Hey you all, I am trying to finish up a bed spring to Electronic conversion. The motor does nothing.
The contacter solenoid clicks and I can measure voltage changes at the controller m- lug on the controller as I cycle the throttle/pot.
I'm not sure I have the Forward /reverse connected correctly as there was 5 lugs to connect to and I'm only working with 4 wires. Is there supposed to be a jumper cable between 2 of the posts? Is the top lug that has contacts in both F&R positions supposed to be where the M- cable connects?
I'm not sure I'm reading the diagram right...... I do better with schematics cuz I can see whats happening inside the component.
Somebody please hep Me.

On a Club Car the 2 bottom connections should have a buss bar across them... that connects to Battery +

Is it wired like my diagram ?

I'm not sure, Is cable # 6 conected to the lug on the F&R switch that contacts in both positions? And is there supposed to be a jumper wire between the 2 bottom lugs? the ones that connect to A2 lug (cable number6)

Cable six is connected to the lug on the passenger side of the cart when viewed from the rear of the vehicle. It is going to connect to M- as shown. Yes on my F&Rs there is a buss bar across the 2 bottom terminals to eliminate the 1/2 power reverse feed.

Thanks Scotty, that's the info I needed to make it work.

I made my own bus bar out of aluminium 1/2" x3/8" x2 3/4" drilled and tapped 2-1/4x20 holes 35mm spacing.

hopefully that info will help others....

Originally the cart had half power reverse. So the bottom inputs were 18 and 36v positive. But half power reverse is not much use in a modified cart. Drive carefully and be safe!
