ok ill go ahead and upgrade those cables, do you know how much cable ill need? and do i need to have the batteries disconected before messing with the switch wiring? always disconnect power when working on anything elec. or where you might touch something by accident.......stock speed is approx 12 mph ........if you do all cables you should see 14 or 15 mph..................as for hills or inclines its always going to slow down going up its just the nature of the beast only way around that is upgrading controler getting rid of V-glide might also help..................

ok thanks shadow man. Looks like im considering full 4 gauge wire, plum quick bandit upgrade, and either the alltrax 400 amp or a rebuilt curtis 480 amp controller. Think this setup is a good idea and will do the trick? what speeds could i expect out of it..what is v glide? would i have to mess witht hat if i do the afore mentioned? thanks! nick
