No I could do it, but its not really safe unless you monitor it, and If the diodes are bad and AC is getting through your batteries are worthless, so lets take it one step at a time.

Bad diodes can cause all of the problems your having the battery with the really low voltage which one is it last one #6.

Its the one right before the negative wire attaches not quite sure of the order is the red cable #1 and the black #6? if so its number 5

No I was thinking external control it has lots of internal functions checks voltage, BEU's, Timer the coffee is not even helping this morning.

and number six has two black wires connected to it, charge the low one first.

I may have not answered your question.

I really don't want to charge the batteries this way until the the diodes are checked. the grey wire test is one way to bypass the OBC and jumping the relay bypasses the OBC for turning on the charger only, but in this case its not the problem the charger does come on when plugged in, so we are bypassing the relay to do a voltage check only, this can be done on the work bench away from the cart, if this checks out then the only other thing it can be is OBC.

so use the auto charger for now even 1 to 2 hours per battery will help.

I've got $0.25 on diodes thats where my money rides.

If AC is getting through or if the charger voltage is low the OBC really can't control anything, so it shuts down, best thing it can do.

So if the diodes are bad how do you replace them? Sorry for the newbie questions.

I do not know the cost of the diode pack if it is too costly I will show you how to repair it with larger diodes. If its in the $20 dollar range then just buy them online. Anybody know where to get diodes and the Price.

the one thing you don't know is I have $0.50 on the OBC being bad Im betting both sides.
