Negative, it does not draw off the whole pack (48V). 48V will kill your lights in a nano second. If you have no converter anywhere, then you are getting 12 v from battery 4 and neg from the harness.

Did you check the entire cart for a converter?

Check the volts in batt 4, then turn on lights and check..

I meant the same as yours. I shouldn't have said "whole pack" I will take another peak but I think the pigtail on battery #4 is the blue one and that is the neg post I think
