Default club car stuck throttle

OK I have a 1982 club car ds.
36v.
I have 2 things going wrong.
First is the key isn't working, can't turn it off and on. It is always on.
And the other is when you put it in drive the cart wants to take off on it's own.
Same thing happens if you put it in reverse it will slowly take off.

Not sure if these are both linked to the same thing or not, Would like any help I could get,
Thanks,
-JC

The master solenoid is stuck in the closed position. You'll need to replace it. Part number 8016. It's the one furthest to the driver side.
