The only adjustment would be if the wheel-bearing or king-pin were loose,Other than that you have a bent axle or spindle.The axles are very light and can be easily straightened in a press(careful not to squash it)The spindle can also be straightened,if you are competent with a press,vice and torches.Look for crinkles in the axle or even flaking paint,if the bend isn't easily visable.Hope this helps.
