ok thats what i wanted to know......its either the microswitch that activates the solenoid or the solenoid itself.............i would like to say microswitch because its a 5 dollar part but my thoughts are the solenoid crapped out............thats what i would start with..........its not by chance a reagan cart is it? if so you can take the reagan solenoid and put it where the master goes see if problem goes away..............if you you,ll just have to replace it...........................

You haven't answered yet so do you understand what we are suggesting about the throttle pedal not returning to the stop or up position?
If so, can you acknowledge that you have checked and the throttle pedal is returning to full up position?
Just yes or no........

Throttle is spring return and should return, barring obstructions . . . assuming spring adjustment is intact and functional . . .
