Default Found an EZ-GO dealer!

It might not mean much to many guys on here, but I'm stoked about it.The guys there are so helpful. One of them sent me the relevant parts of the manual for teardown on my Robin engine.I'll be sure to share that. The dealer is about an hour from here, but the guy lives maybe 20 minutes from me.He's going to bring all my bottom end parts home with him so I can meet him instead of driving all the way to the shop.

It's in Scranton PA.The place is called North End Electric.I have a MIG welder in there right now and found out they also work on carts.Maybe awhile ago they started getting into electric carts and eventually started into gassers.

I'm kinda south west in Shickshinny.about 15 minutes east of Bloomsburg.

By the way, has anyone posted a bottom end teardown manual for the Robin engine?

Oh, sorry, I meant that if noone had posted one I was going to upload the one I have. It's not incredibly detailed, but it's the one that the dealer uses and gave me a good idea of what to expect.

That's cool. Do they have a website? I might have to check it out.

Hey! Nice to see someone on here from near me! I'm from Archbald. About 2 weeks ago I got an 85 EZ-GO Marathon gasser that was laying in a yard for about 10 years. Needs a motor rebuild. contemplating doing it myself or having a shop do the work. I've been going to an EZ-GO dealer on Keyser Ave for parts, pretty friendly there (is this the same place you are talking about?).

Parts are almost the same price as internet prices maybe a couple bucks more expensive but I think it's worth it for the convenience and help they are giving me. Tomorrow I'm stopping there and looking into comparing prices for motor rebuild parts compared to having them do it. I've done lots of motor work on various things over the years and found it usually pays to have someone with experience do it, saves lots of time, aggravation and expense.

I just looked at an invoice from the place you mentioned. The invoice says TriState Golf Carts but the register receipt says North End Electric. This is the same place you are talking about, it's located on Keyser Ave, in Scranton PA.
