diag newly purchased Summit Par Car
I had this cart delivered after purchasing at an online auction (08 Summit) , the hauler told me the security personnel were driving the cart and they all loved it. upon arrival it would not move so we charged it for 2 days however we do have turn signals, horn, backup alarm, rear lights on, what doesnt work is: windshield wipers, front headlights, radio and it does not engage. The batteries all test out good. There is a 4 blink on the controller so I'm guessing the 3 choices are contactor , brushes, and controller? Any help is appreciated. thanks
