finding a used part.
We have a 1989 EZGO Workhorse out at my mothers place, she bought it so that I could get around and help with some of the work. I am in a wheelchair and even my electric scooters won't work to well on rough ground.
Anyway it was used to pull some heavy tree limbs around after a storm a few years ago and it got over heated hurt the piston rings. We tore it down and decided it needed bored out. Since I still had all my equipment from my motorcycle shop, we decided to do it ourselves. We got it bored out and ready to put back together and the helper I had quit and moved on. This was 3 years ago, now one of the kids that used to work for me has move back here and he has put the engine all back together but we are missing a part that has been discontinued. So I need to find out where I can get used parts for this old Workhorse. Thank you Jyd |

It is the fiber isolator that goes between the fuel pump and the engine. EZGO #14430-G1 I also need the gasket, #14429-G1 but it is available in many places.

Post in the http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/golf-carts-parts/ section of the site. Your best bet is going to be to find someone with a blown engine or a parts cart that has the part they can sell you cheap.

Must be a 2 stroke same way mine mounts on my 89. I do not have an extra insulator just bought a new fuel pump but that did not come with it.
