Power Wise Charger 28115G04
My charger would not come on, so i replaced the board, now it charges but turns off after about 30 min's or sometimes will stay on until it goes to 10 to 12 amps and turns, off you can plug it back in and it will go another round, batteries are good, both load tested and hdy tested, used my buddies charger and this does not happen.

Cleaning the Auxiliary contact in the plug might help.

Re: Power Wise Charger 28115G04
Sounds like a high resistance connection or loose connection someplace in the battery sensing circuit.
Try wiggling the plug in the charge receptacle and or, wedging it up or down while charging. Also, try your charger on your buddy's cart and see if problem follows cart or follows charger. |

Thanks, i took the connector apart again and found the small wire that goes to the sensing circuit was loose the connector is broken, bet that's the issue will replace it and see what happens.

You can simply connect the black wire from the control board to the black output wire.
Leave the third wire in the output cable disconnected at both ends. Personally, I believe the remote sensing arrangement they used, has caused more problems than it has ever solved. |

I don't even know why they wasted the copper wire and a crappier connector than the "high amp" EXPENSIVE ones.

It could have worked if they didn't use a glass switch. |

Re: Power Wise Charger 28115G04
well i tried the rewiring as we talked about about and it still turns off, i used my brother-in-laws charger and it did the same thing on my cart, but his works fine on his cart, so could it be my batteries ?
