Default 99 Club Car Electric Charger won't shut off

Ok so I've done some hunting around and checking different things and have come to the conclusion I have no clue why the charger won't shut off. First things first is the amp needle on the charger does drop to near zero but the charger never completely shuts off.

Each individual battery is reading 8.3v and the pack is reading 49.8v. My charger did recently take a tumble off the table it is sitting on although it was acting up a little before then.

I reset my OBC and am having the same results. The first time I noticed it the charger had been on for probably 12-14 hours.

The batteries aren't more than about a year old.

A charge cycle can last up to 16 hours.

If you checked them right after they came off the charger and they were 8.3 , that means after they sit for a few hours they would be at 8 , which is dead really.....you need to put a volt meter on the pack while the charger is on to see what its putting out...
