That's just above 50%. How old are these batteries.

The fact one battery is 0.2V lower than the rest, waves a yellow flag rather than a red flag.

The red flag waver is that none of the batteries are anywhere near being fully charged.

What make/model charger is being used?

Batteries i believe are only two years old or so. Would there be a reason they are not charging all the way. I noticed the charger plug is a little dark. Would resistance there cause the charger to cut off early. Havent timed charge time. Also are there production dates on batteries.

First answer Johnnieb question.

Batteries should have a letter and number on the terminals. Like A2 that would be January 2012 or C1 and that would be March 2011.

What make and model are your batteries.

1. Some people unwittingly kill their batteries in two years or less.

2. Three main ones. Bad batteries, Bad charger, Bad charging protocal.

3. Depends on the charger type. If the charger shut off is based on elapsed to or voltage reached, Yes. If charger uses dV/dT technology, No. (But will cause longer charging times.)

4. Charging Amps and Charging voltage are the important factors, time is the result of those two.

5. Trojan Battery stamps a date code in the negative post. Letter is the month and number is the last digit of the year. IE: L9 would be Dec-2012. (The actual manufacturing date will be about six weeks or so sooner. Trojan post dates them to offset shipping time)

What make/model charge are you using?
What is the pack voltage moments before charger shuts off?

And i just wanna say Merry Christmas to everyone. Thanks so much for the advice. My wife child and I use this to cruise around the neighborhood. It is one of our favorite things to do so getting it up and running normal is important.
