To check individual battery voltages, it helps to have a voltmeter that resolves to 0.01V rather than only 0.1V. All I can tell from the voltages posted is that 4 batteries are at least 6.25V and 2 batteries have less than 6.25V.
However the total pack voltage appears to be at least 37.0V, so your cart ought to be reaching close to its top speed. What is the pack voltage when driving at top speed? It will be lower than what it is when the cart is sitting still, but if it is dropping more than a few volts, you may have one or more batteries failing under load. ---------- What is the max inflation pressure embossed on the sidewalls of your 25' mud tires? If it is 10 PSI or less, they are likely to be amp hogs. For max speed, inflate your tires to max pressure. My tires have a 22 PSI max stamped on them, but I run 25 PSI for speed trials and 20 PSI for comfort. |
