Update,

Replaced the white controller ONLY and it all works. Still running stock motor and reverse is faster than forward... We will see when I swap the motor tomorrow.

I DID NOT replace the entire wiring harness.

I plugged in the Eric charger and it fired right up and is charging the cart now - and its monitoring light it did before o swapped the controller and solenoid.

And the light on the dash / horn honked like usual when I plugged in the charger.

Lost some speed. Used to do 19 (unlocked ) stock. Now down to 16/17
