Is it possible that mcor has bad spot on pot and when is kicks out solenoid the regen comes into play . I did try the 50-75 pumps on go pedal .

The potentiometer inside the MCOR does not have anything to do with the solenoid engagement circuit of the controller. It's within the 2 pin connector that plugs into the micro-switch of the MCOR that controls this circuit. If the voltage is dropping off at the solenoid coil, it indicates that the controller is disengaging the solenoid for whatever reason. It's not a solenoid problem. If you've bypassed the MCOR by putting a jumper in the 2 pin plug and bypassed the OBC by putting a jumper in the 6 pin OBC connector between the blue wire and the white wire and the cart still fails, it sounds like a definite controller issue to me.
