Re: Club Car DS help please
It should run in both directions.
If it does, test the microswitch. What year is it? I can link a diagram. |

Re: Club Car DS help please
Ok if this helps, the DS im working on has a center micro switch with GREEN, White and black wires coming from it. So, green goes to green, black to black and white to white in the harness. Unless its not supposed to be that way??

Re: Club Car DS help please
by the way serg, I tested all three micro switches for continuity and they checked out ok. Because of that is it possible the F/R switch has a problem in forward?? I feel like tahoedawgz has a good idea about the OBC??

Re: Club Car DS help please
holy crap I think i know whats wrong here now...lol I think I have 2 of the 3 switches in the wrong sequence. The switch with the green, black, and white wires built in should be on the outside...right now its in the Middle!!
wow that was a knuckleheaded move |

Re: Club Car DS help please
Yep, You got it, the FNR center cam is for the reverse buzzer so it only has a cam lobe when the lever is flipped to reverse
