PH1109 Surges/jerkey at Slow speed
Surges/jerkey at Slow speed. Runs great a full speed. Must depress pedal a long way before carts moves. Speed sensor or MCOR problem? How do I test each?

It does sound like an MCOR problem. Test the speed sensor just in case, here is the test: http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...nsor-test.html

MCOR. Speed sensor won't cause a surge. If the sensor is bad it'll run smooth. Slow, but smooth.
