Default Trojan Battery being sued?

Yesterday l was told that they were being sued for false claims. I have not heard or read this anywhere.

I feel that the shop said this because they want to sell what they have!

I feel Trojan is the only way to go.

I guess ford and chevy being sued somewhere too...... lawyers clawing for money.
Pay no attention and take your business elsewhere as that's not a reason to buy a different brand. Make the dealer prove his product is a better buy

They also Sue folks,...

ATLANTA Ga Feb 3 2013 (CN) - Contract security guards helped thieves steal $5 million worth of vehicle batteries, which were resold on the cheap, the Trojan Battery Co. claims in court.
Trojan sued U.S. Security Associates and Golf Cart World, in Fulton County Superior Court.
Trojan, of Lithonia, Ga., specializes in golf cart batteries. It claims that the very security guards it hired to stop the battery thefts took extraordinary steps to help the thieves, who sold some of the hot batteries to Golf Cart World, and that Golf Cart World had to know the batteries had been stolen because it got them so cheaply.

I agree! Everyone is suing everyone else. Lots of suits against Club Car and EZGO right now. EZGO and Club Car are even suing each other I think. (over the AC drive)

Trojan maintains an excellent reputation in my area still.

I'm suing decedents of Merle Williams of Long Beach, California. Merle was an early innovator of the electric golf cart. He started with knowledge gained from production of electric cars due to World War II gasoline rationing. In 1951 his Marketeer Company began production of an electric golf cart in Redlands, California. For inventing golf carts and stealing all of my time.
