Not sure exactly but on page 1 under tools find enable settings. Or something like that ? Once you do that you will see a selection of throttle settings - Gawd I hope this helps

Scotty is right. I believe there is a tab you have to click that will allow you to edit the throttle type. By default you cannot change it unless you allow access by changing this setting.

Thanks ScottyB.

I just noticed that the Alltrax software indicates my pack voltage is 48.8V but the DVM on the dash indicates 51.8. I wouldn't be surprised if there were a tenth or 2 difference, but 3 whole volts? That doesn't seem right.

If the DVM had the lower reading I would think that perhaps it wasn't hooked directly to the pack,or perhaps the wires from the pack to the DVM were severely corroded, but the software has the lower reading.
