I'll have to take some for you, anything in particular you are looking for?

Last night we crossed the point of no return! After measuring everything up and multiple checks on each side, we went ahead and drilled out all of the holes in the frame and drew the cut line. Once all the holes were drilled we said a prayer and started it up. We did find that starting the cut was a bit difficult with the sawzall, so we started a small groove with the cutting wheel. This was a great help! Once the frame was cut all of our holes matched up perfectly in the front but we could not get the rear piece of the extension rails to slide into the rear of the frame. After a moment of reflection , it was clear that the screws that hold down the battery bucket had snapped off prior to us getting the cart, and the remaining portions of the screws were still threaded and were holding up the rails from sliding in. We drilled out the old screws and we were good to go! We will get back on the next steps tonight!

Wow. Very nice work. I've been contemplating building a stretch cart for sometime now.

Looking good. If you ever do another one, try cutting it with a portable band saw. That's the best way I've found to do it.

Jwc1621,
Looking very nice there.

I know what you mean about cutting that frame, I just put a Z-bar lift kit on a DS I ma building.

You definitely want to check the measurements more than once before starting the cutting.

Thanks for sharing your build,
Aflyer
