This is what I still use. I've loaded my in-laws stock-height cart into my fullsize Silverado, but yeah, I did need to find a small hill. Din't take much though.

Here's me loading my cart using wooden ramps a couple of years ago. This video was taken just before I braced them up. Once I saw this video I was shocked that they didn't break sooner...
