06 ezgo pds runs when cool outside but not when it is hot

I own a 2006 pds ezgo and it runs fine in the spring and winter. When the summer comes it will run 20 min or 2hrs then the cart will not run. I have new controller and solenoid. When the cart sets for 10 min or even 5 min then it will go. The batterys are 3 yrs old and take a good charge. Has anyone had this problem. I saw a post earlier from Capnmilo that has the same problems.

does the cart die on its own or do u stop then try to go again? also only happins above what temp? does it ever happin right after u charge cart?

The cart will not stop while running just will not start when I stop.Around 90 degrees and it is not right after I charge Thanks

I have not been able to get a code to lead me to the problem.

could be ITS but i have never heard it doing that with heat alone

Is the cart lifted?
What size tires are you using?
Do you have a rear seat?
All of these cause more heat (work) for the controller.

Could be thermal shutdown at the controller.

inductive throttle sensor it is floor one of the only things that goes bad and dont give u a code
