28 mph rxv?
My '13 RXV will do 19 MPH but I've read on the forum that there is an upper setting of 28 MPH without changing the gearing. True? If so, how? What is the impact on torque/hill climbing? Golf course community so getting here to there is nice but hauling some slopes on the course is also necessary.

Re: 28 mph rxv?
Mine does 25 mph (GPS) stock with taller tires. I think tire size is the big thing. You can put 14" rims w/low profile tire on stock suspension.
Hope tis helps. |

Re: 28 mph rxv?
My RXV that ran 19 with stock tires went up to 23ish with 21 inch tires. Getting to 28 may be possible with 23s but not sure. Remember the larger the tire the more strain on the system.
