ok, this thing is driving me crazy, put the old controller back in and it did the same thing went in foward put in in reverse and then let off throttle. when solenoid clicks out it wont click back in again till i take all the wires off controller and put them back on

Start by verifying you have pack voltage on J1 Pins 4 & 5.
Then J4 Pins 1 & 2
Then the rest of the highlight wires on the schematic I posted.

Can you post a picture of what you are calling the throttle harness?

I put the old ITS that didnt work right back in it and it acted like it did before. So what are the chances i got another bad ITS out of a used cart?

Do you know how to measure voltages in a golf cart with a meter?

throttle harness is the ITS and Micro Switch wires from throttle box to controller. Yes i know how to measure voltage in a golf cart. lol bout to measure now

I have 38V to J1 pin 4 & 5
0v at pin 1 and 38V at pin 2 on J4 at no throttle and 38V at pin 1 with throttle pressed

so i did some playing around with another ITS out of a DCS i have and the ITS out of it works fine, All I can think it to be was a 2 bad ITS's It almost has to be the ITS. I put the old ITS in the carts that i know runs and they dont run with the old ITS's but they run with the ITS's that i know work, and vis versa

lol. i would have never thought that i would have 2 bad ITS's. especially how everyone says that hardly ever go bad. I appreciate all the help guys. ya'll are a life saver
